F.A.Q. Privacy & security

Support Privacy & security Is Creatlr safe to use?

Is Creatlr safe to use?

Yes. And we will do everything we can to keep it that way.

Creatlr forces HTTPS for all services, including the platform and the shop. This connection uses SSL security and can be recognized by the green lock left to your address bar. That's what banks use as well.

Restricted access

Most areas of Creatlr are only accessible by registered users. You are always in control of who can access your work by making content public or private, or by adding people to your team or organizations.

Encryption, user accounts and Passwords

All passwords are encrypted. None of Creatlr's internal servers are able to obtain your password in plain text in any way. You're forced to set a safe password when you create your account or reset your password.

Every day, we backup all data from Creatlr.

Old data

Once you delete content like workshops, tasks, workspaces or your profile from Creatlr, it's really gone. We don't hold on to old versions, or secretly keep a copy. We like to keep things clean.

We will rapidly investigate all reported security issues. If you believe you've discovered a bug in Creatlr's security, please get in touch. We will respond as quickly as possible and take appropriate action. We request that you not publicly disclose the issue until it has been addressed and resolved by us.

Does Creatlr support Two-Factor-Authentication?

At the moment we don't support Two-Factor-Authentication. We are looking at the best way to implement this in the future.
