F.A.Q. Sharing

Support Sharing Can I use my own tools within a limited group, without sharing it publicly?

Can I use my own tools within a limited group, without sharing it publicly?

Yes. Right now there are two ways of sharing tools:

  • Public: Everybody from the Creatlr community can access, download and use your template.
  • Private: Only experts that are part of the organization attached to the tool can access the template.

It is possible to add private templates to workspaces as an online workshop. Every team member at the workspace will be able to use the tool. They won't be able to start new workshops without you knowing. This puts you in control.

Is this the only way?

For now, yes. We are looking for ways to give groups of people access to private tools. This is particularly useful when:

  • You only want licencees to access after you granted them access.
  • You want to test new tools with partners, or people from your network.

If you are interested, please contact us to think with us. We're looking for the best way to implement this while keeping things simple.
