About

Plan your software development projects in a visual way that is compatible with Scrum, Lean & Agile methods. This canvas is also known as a kanban board.

Tutorial

This kanban canvas is a populair way of managing software projects.

  • Add all tasks in the box on the left. User stories can also be included.
  • Drag the tasks that have priority to the 'Next' box. The tasks in this box are called a sprint. The total amount of tasks should be fairly modest as a sprint usually doesn't take more than 2-3 weeks.
  • Once tasks from the priority box are in development, drag them to the 3rd box.
  • When development is done, testing is essential.
  • Finished tasks end up at 'DONE'.
  • Start another task from the priority box or help your team members out!
